Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how the free trial, cancellations and refunds work for PLO Hero subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Your 7-day free trial

Every new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service in full before paying. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial, but you are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.

2. Billing after the trial

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your payment method is charged for the plan you chose ($19 / month or $190 / year). Subscriptions then renew automatically at the start of each period until you cancel.

3. Refunds

Because the free trial gives you a full opportunity to try PLO Hero before paying, payments for subscription periods are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or periods already started. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may still issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as a duplicate charge, a technical billing error, or where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and your access continues until that period ends. If you have any trouble, email hello@plo-hero.com and we will help.

5. Billing errors

If you think you have been charged in error, contact us within a reasonable time at hello@plo-hero.com and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly.

6. Price changes

If we change subscription prices, the new price applies to future renewals only, and we will give you advance notice (for example by email) before it takes effect, so you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.

7. Consumers in the EU/EEA & Switzerland

By starting a subscription and accessing the digital Service immediately, you ask us to begin providing it right away. The free trial is provided so you can assess the Service before any payment is taken. Any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
